Ty Harriz is an up and coming 25 year old artist from Zebulon, North Carolina currently in the process of finishing up his new project, Last To Stand, First To Rise, set to drop sometime this year. He recently put out the first single from that project, “Roof On Fire,” produced by Major F. Carter out of Connecticut. Of course Ty made sure the beat slapped right from the opening.
Coming in with high intensity and energy, Harriz reminds us to “let it burn.” Using a flow and tone that oozes confidence, Harriz moves over the beat with ease helping create the image and feeling of balling out. Layered with some heavy bass this track could get any party going and help make the night more live. Harriz has the lyrical ability and vision to create what could be a successful mainstream hip hop song, talents that are clearly on display during this track
“No thermometer / But we at a fever pitch / There’s no getting lighter / We staying lit”
