Monday just got better with two brand new videos to start the day off right. First and foremost we present to you Pusha T’s new eery visual for his latest single “Crutches, Crosses, Caskets” off of his upcoming prelude Darkest Before The Dawn (releasing this Friday, bee tee dubs). Full of scantily clad nuns puffing on some stoges and complete with a creepy merry-go-round, Push’s artistic vision is as equal parts symbolic and confusing. However, the video does an excellent job at matching the song’s vibe and bringing it to life with its focus on light and dark.
Raury’s new visual for “Trap Tears” is equally as dark, however, it features far more killer dance moves and a lot less amusement park rides (although there are some four wheelers). Walking and dancing through what can only be various ATL traps Raury does an excellent job at bringing his music to life. The various glimpses into the going-ons of the Atlanta trap scene make the tears understandable. Raury also does a great job of incorporating his fans, a staple of most Raury videos.
